Recently completed on the sale of a new-build 2 bed flat in Leyton with Portico and had a really great experience with the team. This professionalism then continued on with viewings led by Tommy and Daniel – both very polite and they always informed and asked me for permission before showing people round. Their confidence and charm in selling the property put me at an instant ease. Also worth noting that the photo service Portico provided for the listing made the place look big and beautiful - perfect! Once we had an offer close to the asking price (I was super happy), the team then metaphorically handheld me through the selling process. This wasn’t smooth-sailing, mostly because of our management company, but Portico worked both sides of the sale to ensure that it went through as easily as possible. Can’t recommend them enough. Top quality guys who follow through with skill and expertise – looking forward to buying / selling my next place with them.
