By far! the best estate agency I dealt with over the years. Luisa and Sami ensured the process was as seamless as possible, hassle free and prompt. I really appreciate how responsive they are and keep the communication open. Moving is such a stressful experience but thanks to their professional and organised approach we managed to move within tight deadline and even received lovely welcome hamper! I must mention our property manager, Hannah - she is absolutely fantastic! I never waited more than 2 hours for her response - whatever I reported its treated with urgent care. Really lovely person and extremly pleasant to deal with. After any years of dealing with different agencies working with Portico and their excellent team is a breath of a fresh air.
