No, you don’t but it is preferred, in case the valuer has questions. Alternatively, they can get in touch with you afterwards to gather this information.

How quickly can you list my property for sale?
We will make every effort to get your property listed quickly, especially if your circumstances mean you’re in a hurry to sell. We will market your property immediately once you have approved the property details, and signed and returned our contract and obtained an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
